As mentioned in the previous page, we acquired 7 & 9 Tring Road, a beautiful Grade II listed property rich in history and character. Originally two separate homes, a previous owner had opened them into one larger living space. We felt the building’s original charm deserved to
be reinstated, so we restored it back to its former layout, celebrating its period features along the way.

In the bedroom we uncovered a beautiful wood clad feature wall and we added stunning period oak doors.

Refurbishing a listed building naturally comes with its challenges, with planning being the most significant. Strict regulations are in place to protect the property’s architectural and historical integrity, meaning every alteration required careful consideration and approval.

While preparing the property for sale, we chose to operate it as an Airbnb.
