What's behind Loop?

Paul Sheffield has been at the heart of Loop since its inception in 2004. But, much of the strength of the business and values that Loop holds today go back much further than that. Most of what we do today stems from the knowledge & experiences gained over many years in construction management and other businesses Paul has started along the way.

 

The Loop businesses we run today has been a process, developing over the years to shape the way we do things now. Not necessarily better, just different.

 

Paul has grown a business from an initial background in large, medium and small construction projects to self financed developments and property investments that some people may be familiar with. Loop have become as self sufficient as is possible within our sector. We are obviously supported by a number of other external services, Architects, Planning Departments & Banks to one degree or another. But we don’t completely rely on others to source, finance, manage & complete our projects.

 

Loop also invest Time, Money & Knowledge in our own development projects and residential property investments. We are focused on managing our own projects to a successful outcome.

 

Once you make contact with us, and have signed a non disclosure agreement, we will send you our brochure will show in detail any potential investors a good overview as to the kind of knowledge & experiences that Loop has gained over 32 years. We hope this will demonstrate to you that we have managed a variety of construction and house building projects from start to completion over a long period of time.

 

We believe we are a safe pair of hands. Added to which we are keen to maintain a strong property portfolio that generates a healthy regular income from rent, asset appreciation and development profits.

Over the next 15 years we will not only be retaining our our Buy-to-Let portfolio, but expanding it. Therefore increasing our asset base, anticipating further growth and increasing our positive monthly rental cashflow.

 

We will be increasing the amount of “Flips” and developments that we do either by ourselves or with Joint Venture partners to keep injecting added value into the business and returning profits to any investors.

 

Furthermore, we expect to be building our own houses and other residential units over the coming years as opportunities arise.
