St Albans - Tower block

Tower block renovation: Refurbishment of the stairwell and communal areas on a 12 storey block of flats on behalf of St Albans City Council.
The hallways before improvement: The communal halls of the block were dated and shabby before work commenced.
The stairs before renovation: The stairwells of the entire building required repainting and renovation.
The improved stairs: The stairwells are now bright, clean and safer with new trims.
The new hallway flooring: The new tiling to the ground floor hallway area creates a brighter, more modern and welcoming environment.
