Before. The structural partition seperating the dining area from the kitchen

Ist Fix. With the wall removed between the dining room and kitchen the new installation can proceed. The boiler was relocated during the process to be hidden away neatly in a cupboard.

Internal Alterations. The clients brief was to open up the area between the dining area and the kitchen to create a larger comfortable area to combine the cooking with eating.

The client now has an island unit with a gas hob/ extractor fan that brings the dining room and kitchen closer together.
