Refurbishment

Before: The kitchen area. This will be opened up to create a kitchen/diner with sliding folding doors to the rear elevation.
Rear of the property: The rear of the property showing the staircase giving access to the first floor maisonette.
Work on the rear of the house: The external staircase and chimney stack are removed.
Commenced February 2010: Refurbishment of a 4 bedroom house in a prime location. Our client will be in rented accomodation while this project is carried out, due to the extent of the work. The house was formerly divided into two maisonettes so work is required to remove an external staircase as well as convert it back into a single dwelling.

The house will be fully rewired, new heating & plumbing system, replacement wooden windows, and 3 bathrooms. Fully finished and ready to move in by June.
