New Build

The Site: The ground was reduced sufficiently to position the house at the correct level. The perimeter will be landscaped during the house construction.
Footings: The footings being set out to the layout of the new house.

The ground floor beam and block floor slab were fitted next.
Blockwork: Progress on site showing the implementation of the steelwork and erection of the facing brickwork and blockwork on the ground floor.
Roof timbers: Progress on site showing the completion of the blockwork to roof level and the roof timbers being put in place.
Roof tiles: The roof is complete with the velux windows in place.
Commenced December 2009: A new build 4 bedroom detached house.
