Loft Conversion

Starts - 18th August
Proposed Study Area - Before: The existing truss roof structure supporting the roof will be strengthened with stronger rafters so that the diagonal braces can be removed to create an empty shell.
Structural Steelwork: The steel beams are brought into the roof through a single opening that will later have a velux window fitted.
The New Floor Construction: The water tanks have now been raised into the new loft space.

The steel beams are now positioned and the raised floor joists are being installed.
