Demolition: After the existing extension had been removed, work started on the new structure. The existing house was kept isolated until such time as the two areas could be blended together for the finishes.
Folding Doors: 2 sets of sliding folding doors were fitted into the rear openings.

Manufactured by Sunflex the doors had flush thresholds between the internal floor finishes and the timber decking outside.

Rear Extension: A new larger single storey extension was added to the rear of this house.

The layout consisted of a large kitchen and dining area and the old french doors were removed to give unrestricted access into the lounge area.

Two aluminium glazed rooflights were incorporated into the design.
