Construction: Refurbishments

Ulysses Road

Basement refurbishment on a period terraced property to replace storage space with a refurbished kitchen and new media room, bathroom and storage space.  The project included building a new lightwell and required a great deal of initial excavation to provide adequate height in the new rooms.

The property was occupied throughout the works and required extensive underpinning of both neighbouring party walls.
