New build 4 bedroom detached house on an exclusive gated development. The house is adjacent and overlooks farmland and was designed with juliette balconies to the bedrooms in order to maximise on the stunning views.

The house was constructed on existing garden land. Here the foundations are being excavated despite the ground being frozen during a harsh period of winter weather.
