The rear ground floor extension becomes a large open plan kitchen and dining room. The side extension provides a larger bedroom with utility room and storage area below.

The rear of the existing house will be extended to have a kitchen and dining room accross the full width of the house. There are many windows and glazed areas which should allow a lot of light into the house.
